Coordination Package

With your groundwork laid, we’ll swoop in and make it all come together. We’ll double-check your plans, smooth out details, and keep the day flowing without a hitch.
Services included below:
- Pre-planning meeting (upon booking)
- Scheduled 5 virtual meetings (2 months out)
- Final venue walk-through
- Finalize final floor plan(s), including inclement weather plan
- Review & confirm venue and vendor contracts, logistical details and orders
- Provide wedding day info packets for vendors and the wedding party
- Manage basic setup & breakdown
- Includes Mailyse as lead planner + 1 day-of assistant
- Conduct ceremony rehearsal
- Personal supply hand-off and return
- Access to emergency kit

Weekend Full Planning & Design Package

Ideal for: those looking to create a connected, seamless, and fun wedding weekend—without the stress of juggling multiple events.
We’ll map out your entire wedding weekend—from the welcome party that kicks things off, to the farewell brunch that sends everyone home with fondest memories. Every moment will feel connected and personal. And if you’d rather just focus on the wedding day, no worries—we’ll work directly with your host of choice.
In addition to all services above for wedding day:
2 Additional Events: Common examples include rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, after-party, and/or farewell brunch
5 virtual meetings per event scheduled with host
