With your groundwork laid, we’ll swoop in and make it all come together. We’ll double-check your plans, smooth out details, and keep the day flowing without a hitch.
Services included below:
- Begins 60 days prior to your wedding date
- Biweekly virtual meetings starting at 60 days out + an initial wedding day schedule to set you up for success
- Finalize wedding day schedule
- Finalize final floor plan(s), including inclement weather plan
- Review & confirm venue and vendor contracts, logistical details and orders
- Provide wedding day info packets for vendors and the wedding party
- Final venue walk-through
- Manage basic setup & breakdown
- Includes Mailyse as lead planner + 1 day-of assistant
- Conduct ceremony rehearsal
- Personal supply hand-off (1-2 days before the wedding) and return afterward
